They saved me a ton of money! The guys were very professional. Everyone that came out was nice and informative and they really worked hard to get everything done fast and correctly. I would definitely recommend them

Two guys went to my parents house in carlisle ohio to repair a well pump and ended up charging my parents 1700 dollars for a crappy install... I am an electrician and these guys left a circuit on that had a hot potential on the ground conductor... To solve this problem they left the ground wire off at the pump and removed the locknut off the relay feed to prevent the breaker from tripping. Then told my parents that they needed a new wire trenched in at 1800 more dollars . There was no fault in the wire in the ground at all and the problem was caused by improper wiring of a small contractor relay they installed under my parents house. Don't use these guys they are predators!

It all depends on which plumber they send! I had one who just shoved the dryer hose in the back of the dryer with no screws,so it fell out. They did have him return, but who wouldn't secure a dryer hose? He put his tools on my dining room table...left grout all over the bathroom floor...didn't inquire what sort of toilet I wanted, so ended up installing one exactly like the one removed. I paid $300 extra to have it changed, since I couldn't recall if I had specified what I wanted, so it was a costly update, as well as irritating & time consuming. They told me this person was a hard worker. Obviously, they have never observed him on the job! On the positive side, the plumbing was done correctly, & everything works. Would I recommend them? Probably not, simply because I believe a company is only as good as it's worst employee.

I called aa plumbing to have a problem resolved with a drain and a girl named Mays answered the phone and was very sympathetic to our situation and got us a really nice guy to fix the problem and didnt charge too much. He also found an another potential problem and got it resolved before the drain pipe rotted threw and caused water damage. I told him we may be remodling soon and said they could help work with the builder to get the plubing done and get us the right fixtures at a great price. They are very helpful but not pushy or any thing like that. The best thing was they cleaned up after the work and were very respectfull of our home.
