After calling 5 different glass companies this one did offer the lowest price and set up an appointment for the next... (More) After calling 5 different glass companies this one did offer the lowest price and set up an appointment for the next day which was Saturday. The installer arrived promptly Saturday morning and proceeded to prep the car and cleaned a good bit of the glass debris but after about 45 minutes he informed me he picked up the wrong size glass and that the office would call me to re-schedule the appointment. Well, the office didn't call so about 5 hours later I called them. The person who answered said they weren't going to re-schedule because they couldn't locate the glass needed and I would probably have a hard time finding it and probably have to go to a junkyard. I informed her that by not following up and giving me a lame excuse like that was bad business and a waste of my time. I then called one of the other companies that was slightly higher in cost, they had the glass in stock, they came out Monday and installed it no problem. I would NOT recommend this company, they are incompetent.  (Hide)
