My car was in the shop for a month, due to mistakes by the service department. Not only could they not preform basic warranty service, they tried to send the vehicle home in a worse condition then when it was brought in. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new car to avoid wasting their time at this dealership. They are not committed to taking care of their clients once they've purchased a vehicle.  (Hide)

We try to give you the most detailed service along with excellent work. not all customers will be satisfied with all the work all the time but we sure try to make it that way. Alaska takes a toll on any vehicle. The conditions here are not moderate by any means, and vehicle need a little more attention here than they would elsewhere. Our sales staff is the best in town. No pressure, honest salesmen. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience you may have with your vehicle but I stand behind my work and the work of my fellow salesmen and our service dept.
