This was my worst expiriance. I brought in my car. From the begining the workers were very rude. I wanted to know what was wrong with my car i wanted to see and know. They did not wanted to explain anything. Everytime I ask a Thieves thy will looked at me as I was annoying them. It just maked me fell bad

Went there to get brakes checked, was told that back brakes needed to be replaced along with drums, got quote of almost $400. Ended up getting brakes checked somewhere else, nothing wrong with brakes at all. in face something else to do with front tires was cause of what i thoguht was the brakes. Pep boys lied, there was nothing wrong with brakes, in fact they had been replaced with in last year. Pep boys service people are complete liars do not go there or have any services done.

I had a unusual problem and they did not give up until it was fixed. Thats customer service.
