Don't bother calling this store even close to closing. They will put you on hold forever until it transfers you to a message saying they are closed. I even had a girl answer who put me back on hold. What a joke!

Usually go to the Macy's at Alderwood or Burlington just to save myself the rude customer service at the Everett Macy's. Decided to give them another shot. I had my coupons and they were going to expire that day and since I live in Mukilteo I figured I'd run down and see what I could save on. No one would help me locate different sizes. No one would even see if they had it in a different size. I asked 2 different people and no help was received. The woman at the Clinique counter was especially rude. I wanted to pick up a new set of my 3 step and was telling her the products I wanted and she told me it was on the other side of the counter. I know that, but I didn't want to take it off your display if you had some behind the counter. I was telling her the lipstick I wanted too and she again told me where it was. Yes, I know there is a display over there but I want to purchase it, not test it. I kept getting the run around.... It's like they aren't used to people coming in there that shop

Absolutely the worst shopping experience ever! Everything advertised on their sales had been sold out for more than two weeks, and in their store there are no push carts, shopping bags or anything of assistance for customer ease and their staff are non caring and not willing to give assistance! I am a senior and handicapped and did not get special assistance or any kind of help required for my condition! I felt that the staff were doing me a favor for just doing their job!
