This was the first car rental place I'd gone to that was next door to a body shop, never again will I make that mistake. They obviously know that they have automatic, insurance provided business, because their customer service was absolutely terrible. And worse than that, they try to sell you all kinds of extra junk, and they try to charge YOU for as much of the bill as they can, and make the insurance company pay as little as possible.
