This is a good store with knowledgeable and helpful people. It would be great if their web site had pictures and descriptions of the used saddle they have in stock. I know this can be a real hassle keepin up with and it could draw more people into the store. It could also be very convenient for saddle shoppers.

I shop here about once every 6 weeks. They are great at customer service and special ordered some pet food I wanted. I did get some questionable hay last winter. The 3 string bales can be difficult to maneuver (and return) but they do have grass hay year round for people who don't have the storage capacity to last through a winter and that is convenient. They have a great ma and pa, hometown feel to the place and their employees seem to take an interest in helping solve their customers needs. They load out with a smile and a "thank you." I would recommend this feed store to other people.

Old fashion feeling with old fashion friendly customer service. They know their animals and are great at assisting me with my needs and questions. If they don't have it, they will do whatever they can to get the item in and their prices can't be beat. I have lived in the Eugene are for along time and have shopped at many of the local feed stores and they by far beat the Competition hands down

Excellent hay 12 months a year - great staff. They do a lot of community service, too.
