Can't leave a review on their website so I'll leave it here. Bought sofa, love seat $1700.00. After two weeks pillows and cushions were very lumpy and no support. Called owner and he had someone come out. They would order more stuffing and put it in themselves! Have not heard from them ever since. (Middle of June). Guess I need to give them another call. Poor quality products they sell, I guess. Will not recommend or buy again.

Bought a sofa sectional from Brenner s for $900 2 months ago. In less than 30 days one of the cushions formed this huge lump right in the center and in order for it to sit level in the corner, we had to put a couple of 2x4 s under each leg. There is a leg in the center of the longer piece that sits crooked. We have no children or pets and there is absolutely no reason for this other than poor workmanship.



We contacted Brenner s in regards to it and it took them a couple weeks to finely get back to us and they have yet to resolve this issue. It s SO disappointing to go to what s supposed to be a nice furniture store, purchase a piece, and then NOT have them stand behind their merchandise.



Our wish is to return this hunk of junk for a full refund as it s the worst $900 we ve every spent on anything!!! And the only offer we got was to have the manufacturer to possibly fix the hump, but we must wait until they actually have a delivery out where we live for them to come pick it up.... and according to them, it s few and far between... could be months.



I wouldd give this even a lower rating if I could! WORST customer service EVER!!! Would definitely NOT recommend doing business with them!!!
