Took my vehicle in for 60000 mile service and asked that they check on a small issue I was having with the CD player. The CD player worked fine but there was a slight issue with the player reading cd's from time to time. When we got the car back, we received a "No Magazine" error (which I'd never seen in the year that I'd owned the car) and the magazine would now not even eject. I called BMW of Eugene to find out what the issue was and even though the technician ADMITTED to causing the problem and leaving us with a non-functioning cd player, they would not fix the problem and told us we'd have to spend the $400 to have it fixed by them. Their argument was that "it probably would have happened to us anyway." - an argument I'd expect from a low level used auto dealership specializing in Le Cars and Daewoos, not BMW. Needless to say I will never take my vehicle there again for any further service, nor will I, when the time comes to trade up, even consider their dealership. The best part is that my wife took the cd player out and, not knowing a thing about the player, fixed it in about 20 minutes. Nice job BMW of Eugene.

Broke a part in my car, admitted it, and then told me they would fix it - at my expense. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Will take my business elsewhere.
