MANAS RANCH OLD-STYLE CUSTOM MEAT MARKET.Manas Ranch Old-Style Custom Meat Market is a multi-species, USDA inspected meat processing facility and meat market in Yolo County, approximately 40 miles west of Sacramento, California. We are able to serve the USDA inspected, state inspected, and custom-exempt customers. We process commercially grown, organic grown, grass-fed grown and home grown beef, lamb, pork, and goat, including game, to the client's specifications. The services we provide include carcass aging, dry aging, meat cutting, meat processing (hamburger, hamburger patties, sausage, smoking, curing), vacuum-sealed packaging, and freezing. We smoke, cure and process hams, bacon, sausages. We are located at 26797 State Highway 16, 3 miles west of Highway 505, in Esparto, California. Our retail market sells restaurant quality meats and family recipe sausages to the public. Our deli serves specialty sandwiches.
