      Really rud lady that answers the phone my grandpa past away and all she could think about its when can she pick up her equitment. Yeah she said my equipment! Have a heart knowing that people rent these stuff it's cuz a love one is sick and if it's beeing pick its oviouse that they past away at least be nice about it!
