Had my keys locked in my car. Peterson's towing arrived very quickly after I called them (~15min), they were very professional. They charge less than anyone else in town.

My 1996 Saturn would not start when I came out of the Millcreek Mall, I called AAA and a very nice person from Peterson's Towing tried to charge my battery, no luck, it was not the battery. I wish I would have gotten his name. He called for a tow truck, with in 30 minutes Bob came and towed my car to Meadville. Those two guys were amazing, professional, kind and quick to respond....sorry your tow truck got stuck in the muddy watery driveway at my Mechanics place.

I missed my turn in the fog yesterday morning and slowed down to turn around in what I thought was a parking lot. The why's and whatfor's aren't important. What is important is that it turned out to be a field between two parking lots.My brother called Peterson's for a tow. It took longer to raise and lower the lift than it did to pull me out using my tow thingy on the back of my vehicle, so the guy didn't even have to look for a place under the car to hook up and for that it cost me $100!I only live about a mile away, but I need a walking stick and my poor brother I just picked up from work has one good leg and a prosthetic one, so walking home was not an option for either of us.I guess I'm upset because, in the past, Peterson's was always fair with us. Their address is listed as right down Route 99 on Hershey Road and we were next to Bargain Road and, as stated, it took only a minute to back me out of the field. Frankly, I think some discretion would have gone a long way here. I can't say what I feel would have been a fair price, but I'm guessing if I would have waited just a bit longer, Pennock's would have opened for the day and we could have asked them to kindly pull us out. I would have gladly paid our friendly neighbor than the business we used to consider "friendly" and they probably would have done it for free! The guy also acted like it was a pain in the butt he even had to be there at all. I used to run a business and anyone with half a brain knows enough NOT to talk like that to or in front of a customer. After all, I did pay $100 for his butt to be there!!Peterson's gets one star only because he showed up and got the job done, but what they won't get is our business anymore and I'll be sure to let as many of our 300+ neighbors as I can know about the overpaid, grouchy service as well. Shame on you, Peterson's....

I called last Monday I needed a Jump on my car. Being I had no place to go I said it could wait till Tuesday.. I asked for a appt. They got rude " we do not do appointments." Tuesday morning called about 9:00 am got the excuse that two of his trucks were down and basically too bad... Well my battery died again Friday. ( I was going to have a jump and take it for a new battery.. Called them on Sunday am being it should be a non busy day.. " we are not doing private calls" isn't my money good enough for them

Peterson's is great I was locked out of my vehicle and when the guy (Ryan) showed up he was very professional an did the job. I even tipped him $25.00 thank you Ryan for the great service keep it up. I was comppletely satisfied :)

Thanks, Dave, for coming to my rescue. Called AAA and Peterson's was at my car in 15 minutes to jumpstart my battery. Dave was very professional and courteous.

Very professional and fast service I'd recommend this company to anyone the guy showed up in under 10 minutes and had my truck unlocked in what seemed like a matter of seconds excellent service
