My experience with Mary has not been good. She did not do her job on my case and I had to run around and find out what she needed to do-when insurance is NOT my job. She made some critical errors and never apologized-this ended up costing me... (More) My experience with Mary has not been good. She did not do her job on my case and I had to run around and find out what she needed to do-when insurance is NOT my job. She made some critical errors and never apologized-this ended up costing me more money and most importantly my precious time. She's not great on the follow through-and with something as serious as insurance-it's pretty scary. I would go with another All-state agent if you are looking for one.  (Hide)
