After five days of headache misery, I gave in and went to urgent care. I chose the one closest to my house. When I first arrived, I had second thoughts. The office itself is pretty shabby looking (the carpets were stained) and there was a sick toddler sneezing and coughing while touching everything in the waiting room.Once I was actually seen (which took less than 30 minutes from my arrival time), the tech was great. She really took her time with my vitals and in addressing the reason for my visit. Dr. Salter was ever better. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took his time listening to my tale of headache woe and also asked the right questions about related conditions. He sent me on my way with quality prescriptions and a referral to a specialist.Everyone was aware of the fact that I am currently without insurance and took care to talk to me about the cost of each prescription and any additional care before moving forward. Great customer service all around. If you can look past the needing a makeover office, the people are wonderful.

This place is great. The staff are kind and professional. They make you feel comfortable. Very convenient. I love taking my family here.
