They came over, gave me a price, scheduled the job, I asked for a detailed breakdown of the cost of all materials....never heard back. This was for just a shower conversion only, since then we have had our total bathroom remodeled with high quality products, (tri-bro), for about 2,500.00 more than their price. (that included, ceramic floor, new electric, custom made vanity and top, shower conversion, new toilet, and more). We also have some much rotted walling and floors, that I questioned if they would fix, to which they said we can do anything you want us to do...I have no doubt that they may do nice work, but buyer be aware and ask questions.

Our experience with Re-Bath was excellent. The consultant came to our house, talked with us and took measurements. There was no high pressure sales pitch whatsoever. We couldn't be more happier with our new tub and shower, shower walls, window frame, slanted ceiling over the tub, corner shelf and fixtures. The team even installed a new piece of baseboard and lavatory fixture that I had ready for them. Every material and fixture used is of the highest quality and designed to last. The consultant, the owner, and the installation team who were all involved with our Re-Bath experience were very professional and friendly. The installation team finished the work in one day as was promised and it was done perfectly. We've been using our re-finished bathroom now for over a month and absolutely love it. We recently had Re-Bath remodel our bathroom. New tub, shower fixtures, bathtub liner, ceiling, toilet, replaced tile walls, and installed cabinets and vanity top. They did excellent work and cleanup. We are extremely happy with the results.

Had an old 70's tub/shower and wall sections removed, and was a bit apprehensive about the whole 'one day ' installation. However, as the day progressed, the technicians laid the groundwork to keep areas clean of traffic, and began demo of old tub/shower system. The ease of installation was amazing, as was the Crema Travertine color for the shower, and love the dual head/hand held shower units. Ease of operation is a cinch and it was a pleasure to take a good shower in the new unit that is a step-in design. Techs were curtious, efficient at their job and had no problem with our peekin and watching. Love it. Highly recommended for those older people who have problems with a tub/shower. Re-Bath has completed two jobs at a two family home that I own, one in March of 2008 and one in June of 2011. Both look the same as the day they were installed, even through various tenant change overs. I called Re-Bath to report some caulk needed to be replaced on the one installed in March of 2008. I got a call back from the OWNER within two business days. That same day, a service technicial came and re-caulked the ENTIRE surround, not just the problem areas. When I went back to check on the job I found he turned all the lights off I left on for him and even locked the door. I would highly recommend Re-Bath of the Southern Tier to anyone, especially other landlords. Both jobs were done when each unit was occupied, so neither of the tenants were displaced or inconvenienced, everything was complete in one day just like they promised. They even covered the carpets from the front door right to the bathroom so the path they took would not be soiled. A well run company from the top down!

Very pleased with the installation of my tub to shower conversion. I have trouble walking and maintaining balance, so climbing over the tub sides was a bit dangerous..With the shower conversion, it makes it much easier and safer to take my shower. It was a bit expensive, but the peace of mind for me and my family was worth it. My daughter was worried about my slipping and falling while trying to climb into the tub, but now she is happy that I finally had something done. So am I. The two technicians that did the work were very friendly and cleaned up after the job was completed. They did an excellent job and I recommend Re-Bath of the Southern Tier. In closing, the conversion took one day to do, and it looks terrific.
