Very hit and miss. A system purchased there had a very small HD I had to immediately replace, and came with Win 7 loaded over XP instead of a fresh Win 7. Caused many conflicts with updates and programs trying to function with both OS's. A great tech, Alex, is no longer there. Good luck getting anything resembling timely service. Won't take an appointment. Had mine there for 3 days before going somewhere else. Went in to check progress and the tech is in the back playing with his phone and had not even STARTED on my computer. Too bad, I had given them my business for several years. No more.

Excellent service and great pricing, I don't know what that other reviewer was talking about!

I used to take all of our PC's to these guys. But I felt like I was being overcharged and the work was only so-so. I kept having to bring my computer back in after only a few hours of them touching it. I cannot recommend Computates.
