I have only been to Mi Nails twice: Once some years ago and again two months ago. Both times they destroyed, repeat, destroyed my nails! They filled my acrylic nails and not only didn't smooth down the old nail, but somehow managed to introduce fungus on multiple nails! I have had acrylics for over ten years and never had this problem except at this salon. The damage is so bad that my nails have not grown at all in over two months. In addition, I can't wear polish to hide the visible damage to my nails or get acrylics according to my doctor because it will only exacerbate the the damage. Please don't make my mistake. I wish I hadn't given them a second chance!

I have been to Mi nails several times and I find that they do a "ok" job. There is one lady there that I always have the "pleasure" of getting is very grumpy and acts like she hates her job. The last and final time I was there this lady basically eyeballed me while my nails were drying and walked out with me - saying "no te, no te" I guess thats there way of saying "tip." And when I said no she shook her head and rolled her eyes in disgust. Since when in America do workers ask for a tip?!!!??? I know she was talking about me in their language and I REFUSE to go there anymore

I don't usually do this but I feel people need to be warned! I have been to Mi Nails three times and had terrible experiences every time. Today was the last straw- other times I just wasn't satisfied with the end product and service but today I actually left concerned for my health. The lady who did my pedicure took a big chunk out of my big toe! When I yelled in pain, she did not apologize or seem the least bit concerned. She put a cotton ball on my bleeding toe and was going to continue with this razor which I didn't want her to use to begin with. When I pulled my foot away and said "no" the lady next to her explained I didn't want it. She then proceeded to pour something on my bleeding toe that stung so bad and again, no warning and no apology. They offered no condolences and no discount... OUCH- stay away from Mi Nails!
