Randy made a "house" call to my used trailer nearly 20 miles from his home base. He communicated well on getting together and understood well what needed doing.He helped me assess the safety and repair costs on all my gas and electric systems. Very thorough and logical in his diagnosis.He was glad to collaborate on my DIY designs and had a surprising amount of replacement parts for my old beast on hand in his truck.He well over an hour with me and charged very reasonably.Great guy with great skills.

Randy is the owner of Ellsworth RV and does a fantastic business in repairing RV's! Here helped us out while we were in Bar Harbor and would highly recommend him for fixing anything RV. We had a Monaco and he got out hot water and Fridge working again in short order! Great guy and timely in making trips out to your RV park to solve your issue.

This is a great facility for anyone with a travel trailer or motor home in the Bar Harbor/Mt. Desert Island area. Randy is the owner, and he will do anything in his power to help out his customers and rescue them from problems they may encounter. One time he came right out to the campsite and climbed atop my trailer roof to apply adhesive to my roof that was leaking excesively inside and charged me a very fair price. He also stores rigs there on his property in Ellsworth, saving me from hauling my trailer back and forth from Michigan. This place and Randy have made my yearly trip there so much better.
