What a treasure!! My husband and I were delighted to stay at The Inn at Goose Creek each time we visited my son at CWU for the 5 years he was there. We always looked forward to seeing Gary and Ylwa, who are warm and wonderful hosts, and are happy to share ideas for their favorite places to eat and things to do in Ellensburg. We had fun staying in each of the different "themed" rooms, and found each warm and charming with all the comforts of home. We even came in late one winter night to find that Gary had turned on extra heat in our room for our comfort. The Inn is impecably clean, and although we are thrilled that our son has graduated, we will miss our frequent visits to our "home away from home"!!!

Recently, my wife and I were visiting in Ellensburg, Washington. We stopped at an inn that we passed on our route. To our surprise, this establishment was considerably nicer than our best expectations. The Inn at Goose Creek offered 10 rooms, all with different themes. The interior is immaculately decorated and maintained with a superb attention to details. The owners are friendly and helpful and their room rates are extremely reasonable. Continental breakfast is complimentary and all the usual amenities are included. After 3 years of avoiding The Inn because we thought it may be too expensive, we were fortunate to find a room there on October 13th. It was the best place we have stayed in Ellensburg - bar none. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the proprietor was pleasant and very accommodating. I was very pleased to find fresh ground coffee, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and juice in the morning with a sun porch provided for dining. being at the Inn was like being at home - friendly, warm, inviting - and we have made reservations to stay there for a full week in August when we return for a conference. The Inn at Goose Creek gets our highest rating for places to stay in Ellensburg, we have already recommended it to friends, and we will never stay at another motel again - it's THE PLACE to stay!

I would like to share with you about my fascinating stay at the Inn at Goose Creek. From my first minutes inside this charming and comfortable Inn, my expectations of a "hotel" stay has been totally shattered by this stupendous location. Very comfortable, quiet and beautifully appointed rooms. Excellent staff and owners that did everything to make my stay relaxing. At no time was I disappointed. I have a new Inn to measure all other stays by.

My wife and I are repeat guests at the Inn. Every stay has been as good as the first. Owners Gary and Ylwa are the most pleasant and helpful people you'll meet.

Beautiful and interesting rooms, delightful hosts with excellent service, great value for your money.It's a must stop for me to break up the trip to eastern Washington.

Totally surprised and delighted.Recently we stayed at The Inn at Goose Creek in Ellensburg, WA.Totally by accident we discovered the inn.From the outside the inn appears pleasant if somewhat nondescript - however, upon entering we felt we had entered a parallel universe.The inn is a joy with eye candy aplenty. What a joy. And, the inn keepers/owners Gary and Ylwa are classics in their own right, making us feel truly welcome. Both are warm, friendly and as you get to know them have great humor.Now the rooms. Apparently each room has it's own design theme. We stayed in the Rose Room. Beautifully decorated, roomy, huge bed, inlaid carpet, Jacuzzi tub. Very comfortable. Romantic too.The next morning we enjoyed a continental breakfast with other guests and Gary and Ylwa, which lingered on for more than an hour of fun and good-humored banter. The atmosphere lends its' self to camaraderie. It was difficult to drag ourselves away.From now on a trip to Eastern Washington is automatically extended a day so we can enjoy a stay at the inn.

My wife Teresa and I spent the night in the Christmas room for our 18th anniversary. It was quite and peaceful with a great atmosphere.
