      This place is very unprofessional and doesn't care about low income patients

      I took my two children in to have braces fitted for their teeth. I was told I would receive a call once the insurance company authorized the procedures. Dr. Dows' office never sent in the paper work to the insurance company and two months after the initial appointment, they still haven't sent anything in to the insurance company.
