Ive always just tried to build a home for people just the way Id want to have one built for myself. The experience gained from the number of homes weve built makes it easier for me to understand what clients are saying, what they want in their home and develop a concept for them. As a home buyer, you want your builder to be flexible to suit your wishes, so that you can make the changes you want, set up a building program that works for you and not be locked in to a rigid program that charges a premium for any changes. It seems each year people become more sophisticated about the custom features they want. During our fist 10 years in business we did one curved stairway. Now, many of our homes feature curved stairways as well as other high priority musts such as fine custom cabinetry, oversized window walls and nine foot ceilings on the main floor and in basements. We often like to enhance the interior design with layered ceilings, plant ledges, recessed niches and shelf areas. I believe we have the most conscientious, qualityminded crews out there.
