Not good to work with at all! Never heard before that an earnest money check had to be certified ~ oh wait, they were WRONG and almost made me drive to their office 3 times instead of 2 ~ should be a cashier's check or they won't accept it if it's over $500. Thank goodness my bank called to verify because certified checks are very "ancient" (as is the office here). No customer service at all!!!
