Not a trustworthy business. Made repeated promises and never followed through on any of them. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Cannot trust anything that the owner says.

I have always had great service. The owner knows more about motors than anyone I have met. I wouldnt let anyone else work on my boat.

We ended up buying a Manitou Pontoon boat from here for so many reasons. The customer service is beyond exceptional, the quality that you see in the showroom is wonderful and the knowledge of "Mark" is outspoken of the kind of service you know you will receive. They bring the boat to you and go out with you to show you everything about the boat. The outstanding care you receive from Carolina Boatworks is what you need to look for when you are going to buy a boat. You don't want to feel like a number or a sells quote you want to know that they care what questions you have. We went that day to other places and was not happy with either the boat itself, the service from the sells person or just the knowledge there lack of from the sells person. But when we stopped here we was just about to end our day of looking so therefore you know we where tired and ready to come home. But as I went in to the sells floor, I was greated with a smile from Mark and when I started asking questions about telling him what we where looking for he jumped to show us what he had and what I wanted. He took over a hour I know with me and my husband, when we left we felt that Mark had become more then just a sellsman we found a friend as well. That is how Carolina Boatworks makes you feel, like you are family and they take the time.
