The waitress was so friendly very accommodating, fulfilling our special requests. The food was plentiful and good!

The food at chaps is modeled after a higher class dinner . They have many choices and its always good , their French onion soup is one of the best around. The atmosphere is great and the people friendly . I will come back and recommend everyone to try it out

I'm not sure what everyone who's written a review is raving about. I will say the owners are friendly and make you feel at home, but that's not what I'm at a restaurant for. The service is terrible. We asked for a moment to look over the menu as it was our first time eating there and she didn't come back to take our order for 15 minutes. We thought that was bad enough, until we got the food. I will say, the burger was cooked properly and was actually good. However, the french onion soup was the worst I've ever tasted. The onion rings tasted like they were beer battered with a skunky beer. The chicken was extremely dry. The wings were over cooked and flavorless despite sitting in a pool of oil. To top it off, when the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. Even the soup! It's sad because we aren't even picky eaters and needless to say we won't be returning anytime soon.

This is a great place to eat .They make the best turkey club sandwich in the area .The owners are friendly and make you feel really welcome!

Best diner around! The meatloaf is a favorite; great flavor, and enuf left-over for tomorrow's lunch!! Breakfast menu is another delight; really like their egg, cheese, 'n sausage wraps!! And all meals are reasonably priced. :) The owners and servers are cheerful, caring...have become like family to us! Give it a try! FYI: Friday dinner is quite popular, so try to get there by 5 or so...!!

Been their twice now and I love it. The owner and the servers are always very nice and the food is amazing. Be sure to try the deep fried Oreos!

Best fish-fry in orleans/genesee counties. Service is about average.

Did not care for the attitude of my server. My daughter's sandwich was sent back 2x until it was correctly given to us as ordered. Need better air conditioning. We won't be back!
