Service is very poor. Customer service is outcast to a foreign country and you have a hard time getting your problem fixed. Go to a different provider

sorry time warner cable , i would never recommend it. they don't give you nothing but the runaround. not very friendly on the phone and on the end they can't help th the problem anyway. so therefor no stars at all.

I'm sorry to say but when its bad its really bad. They take a long time to answer & let alone to resolve the problem. They either need better techs or customer service or both

They have incredibly long wait times for tech support. It's always something else, and you have to complain often to get anyone to come out to your home.

Interent service and cable is fair, telephone service is awful.
