For short term O.K.-but not the relaxing oasis presented--just a step above an open parking lot next to hwy with no shade or grass--looks like longer stays get the trees--very noisy--not relaxing--bathrooms acceptable--pool under enclosure and must go thru office to access. Strange??

Ive been traveling all my life..this place is Top Notch..Clean..Beautiful Landscapping..a great pool..community room..safe..close to highway and attractions..I read other writeups and they seem more like whiney people..as who doesnt have broke down dryers..what they do BUT did NOT mention is the adjoining RV repair shop. I handle rude managers on the spot..so i dont have to tattle tale in reviews..however as a Professional myself i can say the male who helped me was Professional.

I really enjoy this rv park, everyone speaks english, the office is very clean. The bathroom/shower room is clean. Very nice park.

This park is mostly a one night stay. There are lot of people that live here because o fwork.We have been here for 3 weeks, not because we wanted to, but because we had a break down. I felt the people here were very friendly, and did us fare for the price.We found no dog poop anywhere around the park. Yes people with dogs stay on the east part of the park, west end is or people without dogs.Yes if you are just passing thru, it is tight. But it is quiet, except for rt.10. I have been in worse places than this. I feel that this plac is not all that bad.Maybe someone just had a chip on there shoulder, or was having a bad day.

We only stayed one night in this park, and, if this is "el paso's finest", there is a real need for a quality rv park there! Sites are what we call "cramp sites" - if there had been a unit beside us, our door would have nearly hit their unit, and their sewer was beside our door. Internet is NOT available at all sites. There were many dogs - sometimes mulitple dogs - left outside in open pens and barking. In addition there was one very loud parrot in an outdoor cage. Site was nothing but dirt or gravel with absolutely no shelter. Showers had little privacy and were very small. In order to connect to cable you needed a special adapter, available from the office, which the office staff did not bother to tell you. In addition one had to pay a deposit for that adapter. We asked directions for a specific location and were told "it is about four or five miles down the freeway".

I don't reccomend this park. Some of the staff is very nice but the manager is very rude. She is very mouthy and gets loud and agressive toward you if you complain about anything that is not pleasing to you about the park. I've been to worse parks but also to much better ones. It is very dirty with feces every where. I was there for an extended stay an saw that day after day the same piles of dog feces were there to greet me. I know you can't police everyone with their dogs but you can at least clean it up daily if you cared about your patrons or your park. I will be passing my opinion on to anyone I meet going that way. Also half of the dryers were out of order and I had to "fight" with others just to clean my clothes.
