I must admit that I was not entirely shocked to read the other review that was posted, as I had the same experience... (More) I must admit that I was not entirely shocked to read the other review that was posted, as I had the same experience recently. I was not able to attend my uncle's funeral and ordered from them thinking they were trust worthy and had quality service. Boy was I wrong. I called to confirm they had the arrangement of gladiolis in stock and was told "yes" so i ordered them. My mom, who attended the funeral told me that daisies and 4 roses were sent instead. I was so upset. She didn't want to be rude b/c she thought that was what i had ordered but she said the arrangement was very plain and not worth what she knew i paid for it. These people take advantage of customers and should be ashamed. They tried to give me some excuse about how the gladiolis probably weren't bloomed enough so they had to design something else. When i asked how they thought 4 roses and daisies equaled the price of gladiolis, the woman said "well it actually costs about the same". I will NEVER order from them again!  (Hide)
