Many ARC-IV staff are extremely under-trained and overtly neglectful! I have witnessed too many incidents involving clients where staff plays the "he said she said" game and ultimately blame the clients! Administrators promise change and harsh punishment for bad employees, but they never cone through. Most of the bad people have higher up friends and avoid punishment! If you are looking into this organization, really dig deep and think about it! It's a horrible place!
