0CPL was very professional, honest and courteous.
If I ever need their services, lets face it who wants plumbing problems,
I will definately use them again.
I called CPL for a leak in my bathroom that I wasn't able to locate myself. I spoke to Ruth in the office who was very nice and helpful. She arranged for a service call the following day. CPL gave me a time frame as to when they would arrive and that I would receive a call 30 mins prior to them showing up. Richard showed up on time and was very pleasant. I explained what my problem was and he listened and explained what he was going to do to help find my leak. It took him less than 30 minutes to locate my leak and tell me what I needed to do from there. CPL has great customer service form the office staff o their technicians and I would highly recommend this company to anybody.
I was stuck with a leak coming from one of my upstairs bathrooms. CPL was able to accurately and correctly identify where the leak was and how it could be fixed. I called on a last minute notice and CPL was still able to help me out very quickly. I would highly recommend CPL to anyone with concerns of a leak or pipe detection. The employees were also friendly which is a plus. I will be calling them for any future leak problems.
I called CPL last week to find a leak I had in my kitchen. Mike was sent out to my house for the service call. Mike was extremely professional and very personable and found the leak in my kitchen in about an hour. Mike was thoughtful and educated in his field and explained the steps he was taking to find my leak. I was very satisfied with Mike and the job he did. Thanks CPL for your services.
CPL was awesome !! The office was friendly and very informative. When the technician came out he was very respectful of my home and took all the precautions to make sure nothing was disturbed. He was very knowlegable and found the exact locating of my leak. I would recommend them to anyone.
CPL came out to my home and was very professional. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and then proceeded to locate my leak. The leak was exactly where they said it was. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing problem found.
Complete scam rip off company. Leak was nowhere near where they said it was...8 ft. away. Charged $240. for nothing, had to dig up the floor anyway, completely missed the pipe. Then said it was our fault for not calling them back. Refused to refund our money. This is no more than fraud and theft. Gonna see them in court.

CPL tells each and every customer that if there is any type of problem to please call us back and CPL will send out the next available technician to help solve your problem. There are many unknown factors in dealing with underground leak detection and CPL uses the most up to date equipment and highly trained technicians to deal with those issues, unfortunately, sometimes a problem can occur. In this instance CPL must be called back so we can see exactly what happened and make sure that something like this doesn’t happen again. CPL will then make sure that every effort is made to see that our customer is completely satisfied.
The technician arrived on time and quickly recognized my problem. The plumber told me he was positive he knew where my leak was and wanted to dig up my floor. CPL located my water leak inside of the wall which saved me over $1000.
This company was fast, efficient and very professional. I would definitely use them again if needed. Great Job.
CPL knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived on time, took extra care in making sure nothing was disturbed in my home then necessary and the leak was exactly where they marked it.
