Nails were different sizes, Bigger on right hand and smaller on left. Politely asked to make sure they were the same size and got attitude. Clear coat was put on my nails and something black was in it and got on one of my nails and had to be redone. Mona got an attitude and started slamming things because she had to fix it. After she walked away, I asked her mom if she was mad at me? She smiled/giggled and said nothing. So, I basically just sat there and held back tears because I was upset. I left with my thumb nail way longer on one hand that I had to file and fix myself because I was afraid to say anything. My nails are also thicker on one hand and look kind of weird. I have always been respectful to them and gave them a second chance with something that made me upset at a prior visit because almost everyone deserves a second chance and because of the convenient location near my house but after this experience, I will never go back.

A few tips when going to this shop:
Do NOT let the father do your nails !!!!
The mother does good nails if she's in a good mood and they're not busy.
If they are busy.. leave and go sumwhere else bc she will rush n ur nails will be atrocious !!!
Dont let the little girl polish your nails!!!!
The mother and daughters are very unprofessional at times and its a real turn off.
MONA does good designs but its not worth dealing with their nasty attitudes. I would never set foot in this nail shop again. under no circumstances. I refuse to put money in their pockets after the horrible customer service.

If you are looking for a unique nails and totally express you this is the place. The family is nice and they talk to you! Omg, I hate it when you go to other places and all you do is sit there and they just do your nails. People who complain about them don't know what they are talking about. I recommend this place!

I've tried so many different salons. All my friends kept recommending Mona's and I absolutely fell in love. I like the fact I can walk in tell them my ideas, show them pictures, and she makes them happen. The dad is funny and the mom is nice. They talk to you and they make you feel comfortable. Some people are nasty and can be rude like the person below. I recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I don't know why there are negative reviews about this place, but I have to say I DISAGREE! I love getting my nails done at Mona's! It's a family own business and when I come I always leave happy with my nails and with the customer service. They talk they laugh it is absolutely fun there. Like sometimes I would come with pictures from pin interest and Mona will make the same designs on my nails! Even better than the pictures! I feel sorry for them cause some people can be so rude to them. I love my nails n compared to the other stores I think their prices are cheap. I LOVE MONAS!

Don't go here!! Worst customer experience I have ever had. My daughter took me here for Mothers Day to get my nails done. She called several times the week before to ask what there hours where on Sundays and to make an appointment. They told her that they open at 11:00, and they don't take appointments. So we arrive there 10 mins before they open. We were the only ones in the parking lot except for the pizza place delivery car at the corner of the lot. 11:20 and still no sign of anyone. Another woman pulls up and waits. Finally at 11:28, they finally pull up and open the doors. Me and my daughter walked in right behind them and the lady that pulled up in the parking lot after us was talked to and asked what she wanted because they knew her. Didn't say a word to me or my daughter. Finally asked us what we where there for and sat my daughter down. Only one girl was helping the other lady that came there after we did, when there was four employees that opened the business. Finally a little girl came out, maybe the age of 12 and started doing my daughters nails. Then 15 mins later they other two come out from the back room and asked me if I was ready for my manicure. I looked at the man and no I'm not getting my nails done here. The 12 year old girl finished putting the fake nails on my daughter to get up and put her arm in the fish tank to play with the fish. Didn't wash her hands afterwards. Another lady that came out from the back finished my daughters nails. My daughter sat down for her nails to dry and I walked up to them to pay for my daughters nails with her bank card, and I told the girl that they should give my daughter a discount because they opened late and took someone else before us just because you knew that person, and making us late for our dinner reservations. Told them that there customer service was bad and that we will never come back here again. Also told them I didn't hear one time from anyone that works here, saying they were sorry for opening up late. Never heard the word come out of anyones mouth. The girl never even looked at me, never said a word. Told her that I would tell all my friends never to come here. They made me and my daughter have to change our early dinner reservations because they opened up late and took her second because they didn't know us. How did they expect to build customer relationships with people if thats how they treat new customers? You say you don't take appointments but yet I heard the lady that was waited on before us say is 11:00 good in two weeks for you to do my nails again. Are you kidding me!!! Never will I go there again. Thanks for the resturant that let us arrive late.
