Brandy is a great worker. Puritans Pride lost my return & Brandy located my tracking # for me. Great Customer service saved me from a $94 loss.

This company is horrible! I placed an order online for a product, they didn't want to honor my order because there was a pricing error. So my order was cancelled because I didn't want to pay to correct rate. You should honor the price that I paid! This is horrible service and I never patronize your store or any other store if this is your policy.

Their stock, selections & specials are wonderful. Their Staff is incredible! Each & every one ( and believe me, I've managed to question most of them ) is extreemly knowledgeble & patient. And they are not all kids just out of college.The lady who walked me through hooking up my new wireless lap top to my fairly new wireless printer is probably older than I am.



Prices are always good. The 15 inch HP Pavilion was far less at Office Depot than at MarketTeck in Madison Heights. But I wanted the 17 inch. That version was about $70 less at MarketTeck and at Staples. I printed the online quotes. I told the Office Depot clerk that I was buying this 17 inch HP at Office Depot right NOW regardless of price. I was not about to drive to Madison Heights and I would not buy paper clips in the other store. However ... Guess what. Office Depot did match the lower price. Saving $70 made me very happy.



Love this store. Have been shopping there for many years. Would recomend it to any one who needs any thing remotely connected to office supplies. Thanks Guys!

As an educator, I tended to shop (and spend) at Office Depot, Staples, and Office Max equally. However, I grew more and more disappointed each time I went to this Office Depot store -- especially for back to school shopping. They had some fabulous 'teasers' to get me into the store, but on 7 out of the 10 occasions that I went to get a particular item -- they were out of stock. I understand that great deals sometimes sell out, but it became the norm for them to be out of stock -- even on the first or second day of a 4 day special. They also had rather limited quantities whereas Staples recognized that teachers (who typically have 25-30 students) can't do much with 4 or 6 pairs of scissors and allowed educators with proof of a teaching position to buy enough of a given product for their entire class. The folks here are courteous and helpful, but I just have better luck and better deals at other stores, so I don't bother going much anymore.
