Provided by YP.comMy service advisor Joseph Sackson always give excellent top rated service. He is an asset for Audi. I look to see him when I bring my car for future services. The other staff are also pleasant, from the valet parkers, receptionist and the guy with the loaners.

They are honest, reliable and reasonable with their prices. I would have no problems recommending this company or Joe for anyone looking to purchase or service their Audi in Westchester.

I found Joanna knowledgeable and very responsive to all my concerns about my Audi. We have bought and services many Audi cars at this Audi dealership for over 25 years and customer service has always been excellent. Joanna continues in that tradition!

Their staff and specifically Joseph Sackson are very helpful, personal, and dedicated to providing the best form of customer satisfaction available. It is probable that I will purchase another Audi in the future knowing that I have such a good staff to assist me.

Provided by YP.comMelissa Deitmaring did a very good job making sure I got the car I wanted. She and I had spoken by phone a few times before I came in to the dealership. When I got there, she was well prepared and straightforward with me. She went through all the technology in the car when I picked it up. There was one thing she wasn't sure of the answer to, but the answer was in my email within an hour. I felt that I got a fair deal and was treated well. I would definitely get another car from Melissa.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I located a pre-owned vehicle we liked online at Classic Audi. We didn't make it out to the dealership to actually SEE the car as we were few states away but have been told MANY TIMES throughout the buying process the car was in "PERECT" condition from our dealer Richard and that we have nothing to worry about. We saw the pictures, but asked for a VIDEO of the vehicle as a peace of mind and they promised we would get one.
We did our part and the paperworks were in place promptly, but still no video after almost a week. Meanwhile, the car passed to be a certified pre-owned then and he kept saying the car was "PERFECT". He said he was waiting the car to get cleaned to take the video and PROMISED we would have it before it gets picked up for transport. Unfortunately, the truck showed up a day early and picked up the car ON HIS DAY OFF. What does that mean to us? NO VIDEO OF THE CAR. We basically bought this car thousand miles away, trusting the dealer's words that car was "perfect" and that they would have a video to back it up! Of course, none of the associates helped with it either. Nobody had our back.
Now, the car's on our way and Richard calls to deliver the bad news of no video. He also mentioned car is fine; it just has "TWO MINOR SCRATCHES UNDER THE BUMPER". He'd been saying all along the car was "perfect"!!! it was the FIRST TIME hearing about scratches. And Scratches = NOT Perfect, no matter where they are located!!!! When we let him know we are disappointed about him failing to send a video, he responds "you wouldn't have caught it in the video anyway" My husband and I realize there's absolutely NOTHING we can do at this point but to realize this is probably the worst, dishonest car buying experience EVER.
5 days later, car arrived and we were trying to stay positive. At least, the car is here and the outside looks fine. We go inside and what do we see? besides small issues like crumbs inside ac vents, SEVERAL DENTS around the shift console!!! We couldn't believe it. NO WONDER THEY DIDNT WANT TO SEND THE VIDEO! We talked to the manager Brian but he wasn't helpful. We sent pictures and NOTHING. No actions to make it right! In fact, he sided with Richard and he did what he could. Which is... not knowing the car enough and failing to deliver on his promise??
STAY FAR AWAY.

Brian, the manager, responded to our review on car dealer rate site and we are trying to resolve the issue. Will give updates after!!

I needed a car ASAP, as I just got my license and needed transportation because we moved to the suburbs. The sales guy I got was Troy. I'm usually good with vibes and when I met Troy I knew he would work in my favor--no slick sales games or confusion. All I wanted was something reliable, nothing pretty. Just a car with no previous accidents and preferably a previous owner who did not smoke (allergies). Troy was courteous and friendly to me. Since this was my first car, I did need a few things broken down to me, and I'm pretty sure I asked some silly questions, but Troy was cool in answering them. I ended up getting a nice deal on a 99 Hyundai which has given me no problems so far. We are planning to upgrade to a 2011 because of the gas mileage we get out of the one I have and I will be asking for Troy again.

Provided by YP.comRecently I purchased a used 2008 A4 from these guys. Everything went pretty smooth so I decided to put a Q5 on order with them as well. I hope to have it delivered shortly.
Overall the service was pretty good here. Attention sensitive sales reps, and service-flexible management.
I would buy here again.
