This hotel is continuously updating the rooms, they are very gracious and always ready to accommodate the guests. If you need something, they make it available or get it for you. There is a reason for the "NO REFUND ON WEEKLY RATES"!!!!!!! We rented the room at a weekly rate for a week, and left after one sleepless night. When we ask if we could pay the nightly rate for the time stayed, they told us they had signs up in the lobby stating NO REFUNDS for weekly rates. The room we stayed in was insecure, nasty, and had nothing whatsoever in the kitchenette to cook with. The room we had was nothing like what is shown on commercials and the internet.

Stay any place else!!! This place is a joke. A refurbished nursing home/flea market without service or any amenities.We waited for half an hour for the manager to get back. Her daughter was able to find a room that was unlocked to show us, it was clean and we thought it would have to do because it was all there was available. We finally got checked in and changed clothes so we could go to the visitation and so on...There was no cups, soap, shampoo, paper, pen, hangers, phone, alarm clock, not even a Bible in the drawer.I sat on the end of the bed to take my shoes off and it tipped up because they had the wrong frame under it, had to pad the headboard with a towel that we had to go get(only 1 towel in room)to keep it from banging the wall. Had to get 3 remotes before we got 1 that worked. Next morning housekeeping was banging on the door at 8 in the morning. They turned the water off in the middle of my shower - offered a "bucket" of water to finish with! THIS IS TRUE STUFF! SCARY
