My husband and I had lots of problems with the Dover Furniture and More stores (since then 1 has gone out of business... (More) My husband and I had lots of problems with the Dover Furniture and More stores (since then 1 has gone out of business and consolidated with the one in downtown Dover). We bought a couch, desk, and book shelf. The desk and book shelf were both Ashley furniture. When they first arrived, I inspected them but later on found that the front of the desk had a crack in the wood and the book shelf had paper stuck to it from the packing material. I hadn?t noticed the crack in the desk because the movers had "conveniently" put that side against the wall so I could not see it. Long story short, Furniture and More's best solution to the problem was to "fix" both pieces and give us a $50 gift card (NO returns). And, although they fixed the desk the best they could, it is still a brand new desk with a "fixed" crack in the wood. Furniture and More came to our house twice to try and remove the glued on packing material from the desk but there is still a lot left...so disappointing!  (Hide)
