This is the worst place I have EVER BEEN for health care! I went there because it was right around the corner from my house & I was having a bad asthma attack. They did not speak she just asked was this my first time here & to fill out forms. Filled them out, came back up to the desk with papers drivers license & insurance in hand. Then a guy persist to ask me did I have a primary doctor, did I contact my insurance because I have to either call for permission from my Ins. Co before they can see me or be referred from my primarily doc. ALL while I'm gasping for breath I told him Nevermind I will try to get to a hospital because my inhaler is not doing the job As I'm walking out the door ticked & worst than when I came in, I hear them saying its not that serious, then they persist to calling me! Maam maam can you at least bring back our pen! I'm thing are you serious. I tossed the pen across the room & speed to Botsford. They IMMEDIATELY game me a treatment. Don't wast your time
