(More) I've been twice to this restaurant & was favorably impressed both times. The food I had (both times at lunch) was the seafood grilled cheese sandwich and it was scrumptuous. The accompanied soup was also delicious. But my favorite part of the place was the beautiful embellishments throughout. I'm an artist & I would go again just to see the [some] flamboyant & beautiful effects that went in to decorating the place. I tell everyone I meet about Mosaic & plan to go again often. (Hide)

Can recommend the Chilean sea bass, excellent in taste and presentation. The calamari is one of the best i have ever had, mainly because of the texture of the squid and the delicious sauce with capers, etc. Miss the sour dough bread and the fruit bread, which was unbelievably scrumptious! The desserts, however, really need some improvement. The banana thingy i ordered at lunch was accompanied without the chocolate-dipped banana,(chef said they were out of bananas??), no coconut and the cake was dry and old tasting. The brownie explosion had no caramel sauce or almonds on it. Tiramisu would be a nice addition to the dessert menu and maybe something like a peach melba. Service, however, is excellent. (Hide)
