As I reflet on my experience ay Happy"s Pizza, I can certainly say that I was not happy. I ordered 30 Happy Wings, fries and cheese bread. The fast talking order taker gave me my total and I informed her that I had a coupon for free delivery. She said ok. Well when my food was delivered, I had only 21 wings. I called and was told that I ordered 20 wings and it would cost me an additional $8.00. After discussing the situations with the order taker, I asked to speak with the manager. He informed me that he was standing right next to the young lady who took my order. I explained that he should have heard her say that "she got the free delivery coupon" for my order. To make a long story short, he wanted to charge me an additional $6.43 for my wings which of course included the delivery I had to pay! (Terrible business! I like Happy Wings, but they just lost a faithful customer! Whatever happen to pleasing your regular customers to build the business...NOT GOOD BUSINESS)
