Terrible products and customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Bought complete brake set, pads and rotors. Front pads failed after 3 months and had to replace, not from them.
Rear shocks are leaking after 5 months and no response from customer service.
ABSOLUTE JUNK!!

There is no option for zero stars or that is what I would give. December 7th we ordered a part and it was shipped out. December 9th we received it and it was not the part we ordered. We called customer service that day and was told the wait to talk to a representative was nearly 2 hours but if we left our information and order number someone from their call center would call us back. Never happened.
December 10 I was on hold for 41 mins before getting a shipping label for the exchange emailed. I was able to print, pack and drop off the return while on hold. They told me as soon as it was scanned by UPS they would start the process of sending us the correct part.
December 14th I was on hold for 31 mins. Before being told that the reason my part still hadn't shipped out was because the system glitched and they would ship it out that same day. A shipping label was created but the package was not shipped.
December 17 I was on hold for 15 mins. I was told the reason my package didn't ship was because the mail truck that would have picked up packages on the 14th was involved in an accident.
December 18 I am CURRENTLY ON HOLD. I have been on hold for 42 minutes. There has still been no movement, USPS says it still awaiting the item. It still has not been shipped out!

WHAT CAN I SAY? I ORDERED HE RIGHT PARTS,GOT THE RIGHT PARTS,IN A TIMELY FASHION.AND THE PARTS WERE GOOD QUALITY.WHAT ELSE CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A BUSINESS?

I was sent an incomplete part for my Land Rover after the website says the part comes complete and ready to install. Also, shows the part included. My husband called and told them we didn’t receive the complete part, they said we would need to ship it back. This was impossible because it was already in the shop and partially installed. Hence, how it was discovered the part was not complete. Detroit axle said they could only send out a whole new complete part and not just the part I was missing, but I would need to pay a $300 deposit and it would be refunded after I sent back the part. This honestly didn’t make any sense to me because the part is just the brass air fittings. I called them to talk to them and after talking to them they said they could just send the brass air fittings. Great. Thank you. A couple days go by and no part still. I call back and the part is still in their shop. What?! They ask if I’ve sent back the parts sent to me? Um what? You cancelled that order and we’re only going to send me the parts missing from my original order. They finally say they are sorry and they will expedite the order and refund the $300 deposit since they aren’t even sending that order anymore. I wait a few more days and call back. The part is still in their shop!!! What?! Frank says he’ll overnight it. I wait for it. Call back two days later because surprise, it’s not here. Oh it got sent to the wrong address. How did they get a different address? They sent to a correct address the first time and verified my address for the second order? I don’t believe it. Now I’m told they will overnight once again. I am told I will have it in my hand tomorrow morning by 10:30 am. I will even get a refund of 35 or 40 dollars for all my troubles. Well guess what no part. It’s been well over two weeks of my car torn apart in the shop. When I call back, they tell me it’s actually not included in the part I bought. It’s extra. This company is full of lies. Don’t waste your time!

I have a unique car that is relativly rare and as such parts are not readily available. Dearborn Axle rebuilt my axle while I waited. The part works great and saved me hundreds of dollars

Once again I bought a CV shaft for a rendezvous in the mid $40 range local parts stores charge almost $300 for the same exact thing thanks for your cost-cutting and thank you for your great customer service with prices

Hi guys/gals, so I bought a reman steering rack from you maybe 6 months ago and have put 10-15k miles on it so far. It was great value, appeared to be well done, and best of all was an easy OEM fit. Anyway, I am in need of at least one CV axle and possibly one wheel hub/bearing assembly. I am wondering which of the two CV's would work with my vehicle, a 2006 Chevy Cobalt LS with the 2.2 L4 Ecotec and the F23 code 5 speed manual transmission. One states it is for 5 speed models and it appears to also fit auto trans models from your fitment chart, however the other which is a few dollars less expensive states it's for standard transmission models. The part numbers in question are #980_AX and #984_AX. Also was curious as I saw some eBay sellers were doing package deals of two CV's and two hubs made by you, if you offered anything like that for my application. Thank you in advance!!

It fit good and does what it's suppose to though one stud was actually stripped so I just replaced the stud.
