      Founded in 1974, Nazarethville Nursing Home is a nonprofit organization that has 80-bed facility. It is a member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Againg, and Catholic Health Association of the United States. The nursing home offers 24-hour care, dietary, and physical, occupational and speech therapies. Nazarethville Nursing Home s services also include nutritional care, laundry, housekeeping and pastoral care. Its activity department provides programs that include special entertainment events and outings. Additionally, it provides hospice care, and individual and family counseling services. Nazarethville Nursing Home is sponsored by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth and is located in Des Plaines, Ill.
