A better than average apartment complex for the money. In the DSM you need to make some serious bucks if you want a pristine apartment. It could be better, but most seem to be worse. Good luck all you other apartment hunters!

No these apartments are crappy and nothing gets done here citizen here for a long time nothing gets fixed I had to my dishes in the bathroom for a whole month I am dead serious they will not fix my kitchen sink ever Until I called the city then they fixed it

they don't care about residents I lived there 1 year with work orders that never was done, my fridge quite working on a friday they didn't fix it untill a monday!! U could see outside from above ac about 4inches was never fixed. All they care about is getting their $ from the residents thats ALL!!!!!
