I bought a part for my RV commode. When i questioned the surcharge on my receipt the owner came out of his office with a book to show me what they pay to have parts shipped to them. he then told me I got my money and to get the H-- out and not come back. He literally chased me out the door and said if I were a man he would have dropped me right there. He almost knocked my elderly mother over trying to chase me out. The male employees outside called me a B----. I was told afterwards by several friends that he is like that and doesn't care who he talks to like that. There is also a mannequin in the lobby sitting in a chair with a sign around his neck that says, "Homeless will not work for food." I give it one star because I can't give it 0.

Horrible people that do not care about their customers. stay far far away, drive further and get better service.

Saving you the trouble, don't go to them for any RV for service work. They perform bad service work, it'll cost you twice the amount to have it done, and 1 out of about 8 things they do you'll have to have re-done. The Service Mgr told me that he couldn't come up with an excuse when I asked him why they didn't see or fix the the things I requested to have done (check and repair all slideouts). The owner has a bad additude when I tried to talk to him about the service they had done poorly. He told me to take my trailer and don't come back, that they weren't a Newmar serice dealer. Some how I don't think that'll be a problem. It has just cost me over 10,000.00 to learn. If you decide to go there, I wish you luck!
