they couldn't figure out a drive-thru order, after 10 minutes it was so ridiculous that I just asked if I could give back the partial order and get my money back. She put her tray out for my food, but pulled it back and the food fell to the ground. I reached down and picked up the food and put it back on the tray - she dumped it back on the ground. Then I asked for my money back and she said NO!! I said you are keeping my food and my money? She smiled and nodded - yes she was. If I didn't like it I could call the 800 number. I asked for the manager - SHE WAS THE MANAGER! She picked up a drink off of the tray and THREW IT AT ME! They started to harass me and I was forced to leave WITHOUT EVER GETTING MY MONEY BACK!What a disgrace these people are to our community!I-25 AND BELLEVIEW WE ALL DESERVE BETTER! DON'T EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL.they enjoy treating customers like dirt - they don't care about service they certainly wouldn't care about food quality/cleanliness THINK ABOUT IT!
