The young receptionist there thinks she is proficient - actually, she couldn't look patients in the eye because she's always glued to two computer monitors in front of her. Or she would walk rapidly back and forth to her desk or to the nurse station which is hidden behind a wall. She is not personable and controls the flow of communication whether a patient signs in, delivery of mail, etc. A patient who was there at time of my appointment in January of this year took out on me in the waiting room while the receptionist joined the gossip party at the nurse station. I politely asked the patient to talk to the receptionist to help her and the patient got angrier, stating that the receptionist wouldn't help her and that was why she was frustrated! I stayed where I was until my turn came which was an hour late! I never returned again.  (Hide)
