The female manager and the men are friendly. However, the female cashiers aren't and they mean mug the customers. Also, they need to dust the bottles, because otherwise one may think the establishment is selling old products! The only reason I frequent this store is because the manager is very friendly and helpful.

The staff there doesn't pay much attention to it's clients, they try and put everyone on Kera Care. The selection of hair is very limited.

It was great. The staff was extremely helpful.
