Hunter?s Beauty Supply was founded by JoAnna Hughes in 1967 on Welton Street in the infamous five point district, later having many additional locations including The Dahlia Shopping, and Buckingham Square Mall, also two locations in Colorado Springs and now Hunter?s Beauty Supply resides at 7235 East Colfax Avenue. After JoAnna?s passing in 2004 her daughter Sheri Hunter-Miller continues to carry the legacy, morals, and values of the family business her mother raised her in.
