(More) Poor customer service relations-left me stranded with a dead battery day before Thanksgiving in a new car and would not honor warranty to send someone to jump or tow car. Car has had 3 dead batteries and been in shop 4 times so far with same problem. Would not give me a loaner car for all my inconvenience. (Hide)
