I lived at 5150 in Apartment 106 for 10 years..from 1975 until 1985. The apartments were very nice and clean. My little boy learned to swim in the pool there, and we could barbecue by the pool! The residents were, for the most part, friendly and safe! The management was professional, but they did have rules you HAD to abide by if you lived there. They had a full-time caretaker of the grounds and apartments named Dave. He took fantastic care of everything! I drive by every so often when I am in the area just for old time's sake ! I am filled with sorrow when I see how run down the grounds and apartments (from what I see from the outside) have become! The beautiful pool is closed and the grounds around it look pitiful. Some of our happiest times were in that little garden level apartment ! Oh, by the way, we had a bad cockroach problem when we lived there, and from reading the reviews now I guess that has remained a problem over the years! Too bad..it used to be so nice!
