We also assist on fast disposing of empty or abandoned homes, help prevent further depreciation by moving those homes quick. We try our best to do “outside the box” loss mitigation. Although we’re a non-for profit we receive and accept donation or low membership fees in exchange for our services, We want to encourage responsible behavior from homeowners, we believe that if there’s some interest vested the more likely they will keep their promises and their homes.
