About 3 years ago I got a sun concure from.another bird store she became sick todd did not even know.me I.called the store and todd rushed right over to my house and saved my best friend even.sense then.I.have been.going to todds even grow.my family to 3 more babies and if I ever have a problem I call and they are.right there no.matter how busy they are 10 stars in my book

This is by far the best bird store I have ever been to. They have an amazing selection of supplies but they also have the best birds I have ever seen I own four birds from Todd's and I am always complimented by how good they look. This isn't the type of store were you walk in and someone says hi and then your on your way I always find myself having conversations with one of their many extremely knowledgable staff. Their prices on toys is awesome and their prices on birds is very competitive. I can't explain in words how great this store is and the only real way to know about this store is to go in and visit for yourself. Buying a parrot is a big decision due to their high cost and long life which requires a lot of commitment on the individuals part but if you are unsure of anything the staff at birds exotic will always point you in the right direction. This is one of the very few stores that isn't all about making a sale they care about their birds and they will help you make the best decision. You can always count on them for grooming and boarding as well which I have used many times. My avian vet even asked where I got my birds groomed and when I mentioned birds exotic he said "good choice". The store is always clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere and you are truly treated like family. I have been going to this store literally my whole life and I can't thank them enough.

Last week we went to Todd Marcus Birds Exotic to look for a new bird for our family, we were so impressed with the quality of the birds and how clean the store was!, everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable, they spent all the time we needed to go over all our questions and handle all the birds till we found the best bird for us, a Yellow shoulder Amazon. They gave us a great price with a cage and even paid our sales tax! You have to see this store to see how amazing it is and how you feel like family I would give them a 10 the best of the best!!!

My wife and I looked hard and long for a bird that was just right for our family, we went to several stores and went on line and we were told to check out Todd Marcus Birds Exotic, and let me tell you, it was the best thing we could have done! The staff was very helpful and spent so much time with us in making the right choice for us. We now are the proud parents of a baby male Eclectus.
