Once again, you guys have OUT DONE yourselves !!! The earrings that I had you make were a BIG success, they are GORGEOUS !!! Almost as beautiful as the other jewelry you have made for me over the years !!! Don't allow Shawn to fool you, he IS the best around & NOT another jeweler can hold a candle to his great works that he makes. You know they are good, when NASCAR asks him to make items for them, that he is that great !!! Thank you guys for the great work that you have once again made, & now you will start getting orders from KY, since I have moved up here, but I will NEVER change my jeweler !!! Unfortunately, they only allow a maximum of 5 stars for a rating, & that comes NOWHERE close to what you deserve ( atleast 100 stars is the minimum that you should get ) !!!

the experience of having someone to help you not just for the money. Its so good to have things explained so you totally understand. the knowledge that everyone there has especially Helen was so great. Being able to know the history of everything in the store was so helpful, interesting, educational for people stating collecting. The biggest thing is that you are so sure that everything that you're being told is so honest. Hard to get that security when we live out of town but everyone there gives you that sense of honesty. Thanks for all of the help and hope it continues for many years to come.

Working with Humphreys & Son Jewelers as I was searching for the perfect engagement ring was an absolute pleasure! For an experience I only get to do once, I can confidently say that Humphreys & Son Jewelers made my first and last experience of engagement ring shopping a pure joy. I worked directly with the owner, Shawn. His work ethic is incredible, his integrity is honorable, his desire to help find "the perfect ring" is admirable, and his patience with someone who is anxious about making a flawless decision is ideally fitting. My fiancée and I are very pleased with Shawn's incredible craftsmanship and artistry. The ring is absolutely STUNNING! Everyone gasps and comments! Haha And best of all, my fiancée is overwhelmingly pleased. ;-)

These people were amazing! Shawn repaired my original engagement ring and set it with an amazing diamond. I had been had by a jewler just five years ago. It is good to know that there are some who will still tell you the truth and can be trusted! They are my jewlers! I highly recommend them!

I love that they have been around for years...well known and trusted. It is a family business and you can tell that they care about each of their customers. I think that everytime I visit, someone asks me how my weekend was (a genuine question) and they remember personal details that I have shared with them previously. What a great business to support!

this place i highly recommend after going all over town and searching around 20 or 30 buyers of silver and gold my wife talked with owner over the phone and said must see the silver to give a accurate price for it i thought oh here we go again but no this lady is so nice and freindly i was pleasantly suprized and gave me what the items were worth as in a common case of everyone else wanted to give 1/3 or less of the value if you need a place to go this is it and have a nice selection of jewelry as well thank you so much Mrs. Humphreys for being a very honest person to deal with and the world would be a better place if more people where like you OXOXOX

Shawn showed me some coins and coin sets and wrote down prices for me. I told him I wished my cell phone had a camera so I could show my wife what I was looking at. He asked if I had an email that he could send the photos to and they were there when I got home. When Mrs. Humphreys arrived things really got rolling. She showed me a wide range of gold and silver coins. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me, I did not feel rushed or pressured, even when other customers were waiting to see her. I spent about two hours there and came away with a wealth of information and several purchases that were sold at wholesale pricing. I will be returning in the very near future with the boss/wife to make a more informed and serious investment with the Humphreys. Also I would like to give a shout out to the good looking woman working the floor (forgot her name) she showed me how to identify via a "loop" the markings on gold items that showed what karat was stamped on it. I would like to tell of my excellent experience at Humphreys & Son. I called the day before and spoke with Helen Humphreys; she seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable. I told her that I would come in tomorrow and see what options were available to me for being a first time investor in gold and silver. I arrived when they opened and met Helens son, Shawn, who is a master jeweler and a jack of all trades. He told me Helen was on her way in, (shes the Numismatist) and did I have any questions (I had a lot) he could answer. The first thing I asked was for the value of a very small broken gold chain (less than 2 grams) I had with me. His offer was higher than any of the several pawn shops I went to and significantly higher ($17.80 higher!) then a recent jewelry store offer. He explained the difference between a Troy ounce (31.1 grams) used for precious metals and the avoirdupois ounce (28.35 grams) that most of us, except for the name are familiar with. Helen Humphreys was one of the nicest persons. She helped evaluate and buy my silver and gold coin collection and paid me more than anyone else. Now wonder why my attorney sent me here. Humphreys and Son bought an 18k bracelet from me for $950 when one of those New York jewelry buyers that set up at the Hampton Inn by the airport offered me "top dollar" of only $500. Never will I go anywhere but Humphreys.
